Full Name: Vega, born Felicity Castro.
Nickname(s): None, but she frequently—almost compulsively—lies about her name.
Gender: Female
Birthday: November 13
Age: 27
Good or Evil?: Evil
Siblings: None
Family: None she claims. It is speculated, though, that she is Aviarius’ illegitimate daughter, but if she is, she’s not saying.
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Golden brown.
Skin Tone: Fair-Medium
Personality: Vega is staunchly on her own side. She claims to have no loyalty to anyone, which to an outsider is very true. Not known to give her trust, but trusted to give a false name, Vega is vindictive, ambitious, and cruel to her enemies. Those select few that know Vega know that those she does trust and give her rare loyalty to, know her to be free-spirited and rebellious. Not much of a talker, Vega watches the world around her with careful, hawk-like eyes.
Weaknesses: Holds bitter grudges. Is strongly attracted to power. Doesn’t believe in gracefully bowing out and will fight tooth-and-nail to the very end, even if it's a low or catty blow.
History: Vega will willingly tell you her history, or at least a version of it. To some, she has been a fugitive all her life, having killed her parents at a young age. Others hear tell that she is the only—and illegitimate—daughter of an anonymous, but eccentric billionaire. Neither is really true. Vega is the only daughter of an eccentric man and her mother is dead, but not by Vega’s hand. She never says who performed the semi-failed experiments that enabled her to fly and grow talons, but several people could be blamed. Dementor. Drakken. DNAmy. Aviarius (who some claim is the eccentric father who raised her). The public got its first taste of Vega when she was nineteen and she fought for control of Go City against the renowned Team Go. Since then, she has been a staple in Go City newspapers, and a shadowy, background figure in world-wide villainy.
Vega’s alter-ego, Felicity Castro, however, is known to many to have died—killed by Vega in an explosives accident. Until that point, Felicity had been an only child, growing up in Go City. She attended Gordon High School and graduated. While there, she fell in love—hard—for Mervin Go. The two dated—on and off—throughout high school. She didn’t know he was Mego until she was eighteen and due to a series of betrayals between the two, she first became Vega to seek revenge against him personally. As she sunk deeper into corruption, villainy became her new love and there was no going back.

Vega sighed and threw the broken piece of shit to the ground. Hench sold her a rotten laser gun. Typical con man. So much for quality customer service.
But what did she expect? There was no honor amongst thieves… or villains. She’d known that for a long time and she’d been a fool to put her trust in anyone else for a mission this important. She’d build her own gun, or steal one that she knew worked. Still. A thousand bucks down the drain was nothing to sneeze at. And then she knew what she wanted. She’d break into HenchCo headquarters tonight and steal Jack Hench’s prototype for the gun. What was it? She picked up the gun. A model Z-31? Yeah. That’s what she’d bought.
And tonight, that’s what she’d be getting. After all, the customer was always right.
And tomorrow, Team Go would finally crumple and Hego’s pompous hold on Go City would slacken.
And Mego would be at her mercy. Begging her forgiveness.
God, she loved the sound of that.
