Full Name: Drew Theodore P. Lipsky AKA Doctor Drakken
Nickname(s): Dr. D
Gender: Male
Birthday: August 1
Age: 44
Good or Evil?: Evil
Family: Lois Lipsky (Mother), Peter Lipsky (father) Edward “Motor Ed” Lipsky (Cousin)
Hair: Black
Eyes: Black
Skin Tone: Blue
General Appearance: Doctor Drakken wasn’t always blue. It was a Tuesday and it was an accident, and that’s all anyone really needs to know concerning his unique skin tone. Otherwise, Drakken’s other distinguishing features are as follows. A jagged scar curves down the left side of his face—another accident, but this one not his fault. Dark circles ring his coal colored eyes and his nose has been broken several times, adding to a slightly sinister appearance. His hair is long, black, and pulled back to keep it out of his way when he works in his lab—faux-hawk in the front, ponytail in the back. Drakken looks every inch the mad scientist he claims to be.
But he is not a handsome rouge. Drakken’s ears are slightly too large for his head and, in his childhood, he was frequently asked what kind of reception he got with them. His chin is not exactly strong or masculine, but gently rounded. Drakken does not cut an imposing or muscular figure, but rather that of a skinny guy more likely to be found on the computer than in the gym. Even his hands are smaller than average, with nimble fingers slightly longer than normal. These flaws have never helped him look menacing and they probably won’t start anytime soon.
Personality: Drakken is given to his passions. He lacks self-restraint, to say the least. His plans are often extravagant and his speech is long winded. Easy to irritate and easy to flatter, Drakken is surprisingly social under the proper circumstances. Still, he doesn’t particularly like most people and is somewhat paranoid. Intelligent, but somewhat lacking in common sense, Drakken is a genuine mad scientist.
Weaknesses
– Is sensitive to teasing
- Holds grudges easily
- Gets flustered easily

History: Even the greatest super villains innocuous beginnings. Born Drew Theodore P. Lipsky to Peter and Lois Lipsky, Drew was an only child. It was a good thing Drew was an only child; he had far too many cousins as far as he was concerned anyways. His cousin Eddie, a year older than Drew, was both his best friend and worst enemy. Eddie was athletic, cool, and older than Drakken and the only thing Drew was better at than Eddie was school. This didn’t exactly make Drew Mr. Popularity. In fact, he was teased frequently as a child for his glasses (which he, thankfully, no longer needs), know-it-all attitude, and social ineptness. It didn’t help that his father was hardly there during his childhood and when he was there, Peter Lipsky always seemed at least a little disappointed in his son. The teasing continued on into high school, and it wasn’t until college that Drew found his niche.
Drew attended Middleton Institute of Science and Technology, where he befriended a group of guys: Bob Chen, Ian Ramesh, and James Possible. They were all science geeks and got along comfortably. But it seemed to Drew that he didn’t quite belong. There were times Bob, Ian, and James did things without him and other times when his so-called friends teased him mercilessly. It didn’t help that Drew was the youngest in the group and sensitive to teasing. The final straw for Drew was the day he failed to set his friends up with dates and instead built robot girls as escorts. His friends laughed hysterically when the robots malfunctioned. He left MIST, and vowed to prove his greatness one day. He wouldn’t have guessed back then that he would become a super villain.
Drew, freshly dropped out of college and broke, was too ashamed to go home. So he did what any broke 20-something did in those days. Drew high-tailed it to Go City and bought himself a cheap apartment. He faked letters to his mother, detailing college, while balancing two part-time jobs. On weekends, Drew was interning with an avant-garde inventor named Doctor Johannes Drakken. He worked for the inventor for several years and the two built up a mentoring relationship, resembling what Drew supposed his relationship with his father should have been like. Hans taught Drew how to improve in robotics and how to do weapon design, as well as biological modification. It was all so fascinating and for once, Drew was happy. But this was not to last. Tragedy struck when Hans died of a heart attack. Although devastated, Drew had to carry on. However, his sadness could not last for long. Hans, having no descendants, left Drew his lab and business. By selling some of the inventions Hans had wanted patented and coming up with a few of his own, Drew was able to make a comfortable living.
Drew, though, has always had the worst luck. One night, while Drew was working late, a stealthy criminal broke into the lab, drugged him, and kidnapped Drew. Drew awoke in an unfamiliar place resembling a science lab on steroids. The owner of the place—and Drew’s kidnapper—was the infamous Anaphora. Anaphora mistook Drew for his mentor, Doctor Drakken, and demanded he build them a doomsday device to end all doomsday devices. Drew, now Drakken, spent nearly a year imprisoned by Anaphora, working on their various commissions. It was then Drakken found his true calling—villainy. So he meticulously planned his escape. His last invention for Anaphora was a mere distraction and would malfunction for ten minutes before self-destructing. It would be enough time to escape in his personal project—a hovercraft. Drakken escaped with his life and a new perspective. He, too, could become a villain.
The rest, as they say, is history. He hired a woman known as Shego, to do the stealth parts of villainy—she’d be the brain, he’d be the brawn. The only thing standing between them and their newfound goal—to take over the world—was one redheaded teenager. Kim Possible.
He has, since becoming a villain failed numerous times, gone on plenty of adventures, and seen the world. He's also saved the planet from Lowardian aliens. But he doesn't like to talk about that.
Rp Sample: Drakken sighed and crumpled his blueprint into a ball. It was one of those days-- he couldn’t think, he couldn’t plot, he couldn’t focus. Maybe that teen nuisance was right. Maybe he was past his prime. Maybe he had used all of his good ideas already. The idea was terrifying and could easily have led to mid-life crisis territory. Not exactly something Drakken was fond of. And then, like a prophetic vision, he saw it unfolding before his very eyes. The most genius plan he had ever concocted.
Drakken picked up a pencil and began writing down his divinely inspired idea. He would rule the world in due time, but not if he didn’t get his plan down on paper.
