"A little surprise... 'S all. I could make it so worth your while." What did she want? She was evil, afterall. "What... What does this suprise entail?" Mervin asked, his brain foggy.
She planted a kiss on his purple neck. It send a feeling of ecstascy and bliss like lightening throughout his body. He couldn't think. Not thinking was bad when in this position. A note to himself: don't date your wosrt enemy.
"Come on, Mervin... What say you? Three, short days... Keep Hego occupied. You're the only one I'd trust with this... The only one clever enough that I know of. Can I count on you?" He felt his confidence and ego grow bigger, that was the only part of him that wasn't refrained from strinking or growing while she held him down like this. Mervin thought about this again. "What's in it for me, again?" he asked. He didn't want his family to be hurt.
"You know what?" Mervin said, turning over so that it was him on top of her now, giving him dominence of the conversation. "I'll do it if you can make me a promise. Promise me that my family won't get hurt. Do that for me and I'll keep my dolt of a brother distracted. Agreed?"

Vega lost her advantage as Mego turned over. He was now on top and Vega looked up at him. A laugh bubbled up in her. Just like old times... a power struggle, but he'd eventually give in.
"I'll do it if you can make me a promise. Promise me that my family won't get hurt. Do that for me and I'll keep my dolt of a brother distracted. Agreed?"
"Mervin, my dear," she purred, running her hand down his chest, talons barely out and pinpricking his shirt. "If you keep your brother distracted, I can guarentee that I will not hurt him-- the twins, too, if you keep them busy."
She retracted the talons and pressed Mervin gently, rolling him onto his back. She was over him again.
"I promise you, they will be safe from me if you do as I ask. Cross my heart." She traced and "X" on his chest and touched her own for emphasis.
She rose gingerly, not treading on him, no longer leading him on. So nice they could do things the civilized way. But she'd have to leave soon. Enemies made the most peculiar bedfellows.
"I suppose I'll just... take my CDs and bring your jacket by tomorrow. Deal?"
